Nov 2-3 | 9:30am-4:30pm:  2-day Workshop for Oil & Pastel Painters

All skill levels are welcome!

This workshop is designed to help you reach the next level in your oil or pastel painting.  Along with daily informal talks on a variety of painting topics, there will be hands-on, individual instruction and critiques. Students are encouraged to move out of their “comfort zone” and experiment with new ideas in technique and subject matter. Each day will include a demonstration and individual instruction in the medium of your choice.

Supply List: Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Viridian, Burnt Sienna, Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Red Light, Cadmium Orange, Cadmium Yellow Light, and Titanium White. A variety of brush sizes including some larger flats or brights (8 or 10) is recommended.   4 or 5 canvases, nothing larger than 12”x 16” is requested.

Please bring odorless spirits, paper towels, wipes, a small trash bag for trash and a table covering. Lastly, please have two medium thick point magic markers (black and medium grey) and a few sheets of regular white printer paper.
